Roll Unloaded

I have a DesignJet 920 plotter. The print is printing about 12" and then uloading the roll. I am getting the following error "roll unoaded. End of roll of paper input friction. Load roll carefully onto spindle." I have unloaded and reloaded the roll about 7 times and tried with two different rolls of paper. Any ideas?

print quality issues

HP Scitex 550 FB
replaced bulbs and noticing the black ink appears fuzzy around the edge and is bleeding onto other colours adjacent (specifically text and light colour surrounding print)

Z6200 : Shadow Colors

I'm having trouble with printing on my Z6200 60" printer. Everything looks great except the shadows. I'm getting an orange cast rather than the true shadow color. I've updated everything I can think of, and I've tried tests at different resolutions, and pritned with both the PrintFab loaded ICC profile for the paper loaded and with the Photoshop ICC profile for 1998. Each test comes up with the same results. Any advice? Thanks!

Cannot get polypropylene media to load

I recently ordered HP Everyday Matte Polypropylene, 3-in Core - 36"x 200' media and I cannot get it to load in either my HP DesignJet T920 or HP DesignJet Z6. Insert the media until here the ding but it never pulls the paper fro the spool. Just keeps unloading. Cannot figure out what the issue is.

Vertical banding

Hi all, I'm having issues with vertical banding on our HP latex 26500 machine. The machine has printed this particular job many times in the past from the same file and from the same RIP. But for some reason the print has started to band.

Need Z6 paper preset for Translucent Bond

I upgraded from a DesignJet Z3200 44" to a DesignJet Z6 44". The oms file for the Z3200 44in does not work. Please, where can I download the proper paper preset file?

HP DeskJet 5820

Hi this is Suresh from TES Packaging Pvt Ltd Hyderabad
We are the suppliers of Tyvek... We had a Coating plant in Hyderabad... Coating trails are going on... We did inkjet coating on Tyvek... When we are taking prints on HP DeskJet 5820 printer, the print quality is good but we are not getting water Resistance ... Can any body suggest a solution for water resistance...
