I recently ordered HP Everyday Matte Polypropylene, 3-in Core - 36"x 200' media and I cannot get it to load in either my HP DesignJet T920 or HP DesignJet Z6. Insert the media until here the ding but it never pulls the paper fro the spool. Just keeps unloading. Cannot figure out what the issue is.

It appears that the maximum roll diameter for your printers is smaller than the diameter of the roll of media – the T920 is 5.5 inches and the Z6 is 5.3 inches; the roll of media is 5.7 inches.

Your printers will be compatible with many of the print media options in the Graphics & Technical portfolio. HP Everyday Matte Polypropylene, 2 Pack - 36"x100' (SKU – CH023A) should load properly.

I saw that you did purchase this directly from hplfmedia.com. One of our customer service representatives will be reaching out to help you with a replacement.

If you need to print to this media before the replacement arrives, please feel free to roll out and cut off some of the excess to make the diameter of the roll smaller. It should load after that.
