I need paper profiles for Universal High Gloss Photo Paper and Universal Gloss Photo Paper. All of the pre-loaded profiles are "ID (Instant Dry)" Is there a difference and if so where can I get the proper profile?

Hi. I'm looking for a media profile for the HP Durable Banner with Dupont Tyvek. I have a DesignJet 5500 DYE setup. I've tried all over HP's websites and my Google Fu is lacking. I've got one for the UV printer, but not the Dye. HP shows that the paper is compatible with the 5500 dye so hopefully it exists somewhere. Cheers

We are having lots of trouble with Litho Realistic and horizontal lines on our z3200. A new roll of paper is usually OK. Alberta is dry and the recommended humidity is impossible. The lines look like scuffs from head travel. What can be done?
