just wanted to know why the black color is coming of from hp every day matt polypropylene when you rub it its coming off even its dry every other color is fine and I m using the original hp ink for my hp designjet z6800 ps photo production printer

What is the difference between Q8921A HP Everyday Instant-dry Satin Photo Paper - 36"x100' and Q6580A HP Universal Instant-dry Satin Photo Paper - 36"x100'?

I need paper profiles for Universal High Gloss Photo Paper and Universal Gloss Photo Paper. All of the pre-loaded profiles are "ID (Instant Dry)" Is there a difference and if so where can I get the proper profile?

in calibrate paper section there is no backlit profile
