I upgraded from a DesignJet Z3200 44" to a DesignJet Z6 44". The oms file for the Z3200 44in does not work. Please, where can I download the proper paper preset file?

We are the suppliers of Tyvek... We had a Coating plant in Hyderabad... Coating trails are going on... We did inkjet coating on Tyvek... When we are taking prints on HP DeskJet 5820 printer, the print quality is good but we are not getting water Resistance ... Can any body suggest a solution for water resistance...

I am interested in 2 of your canvases and i would like to have the detailed specifications for both of them including any environmental certificates they might have. The two canvases are HP Artist Matte Canvas and HP Premium Satin Canvas. Please include the materials that the canvases are made of. Thank you in advance.

We have a DesignJet Z2100 and use HP Everyday Gloss Polypropylene (C0F28A) in it.

I have an HP 8000XL that does not have a setting for printing 4 mil double matte film. Is there a way to download into the media catalog the print settings for this material as a media preset ?

Hi All! I am looking to create a banner that is lightweight (you can see through it), but I can't seem to find any compatible fabrics for the Z6600. Are there any that could work? We usually work with artist canvas, but this time I'm looking for something a little lighter. Thanks!
