I recently ordered HP Everyday Matte Polypropylene, 3-in Core - 36"x 200' media and I cannot get it to load in either my HP DesignJet T920 or HP DesignJet Z6. Insert the media until here the ding but it never pulls the paper fro the spool. Just keeps unloading. Cannot figure out what the issue is.

Hi all, I'm having issues with vertical banding on our HP latex 26500 machine. The machine has printed this particular job many times in the past from the same file and from the same RIP. But for some reason the print has started to band. Nothing has changed. I have changed all print heads and even replaced the print head cleaning kit in the hope to get this going. We have a DesignJet Z2100 and use HP Everyday Gloss Polypropylene (C0F28A) in it. We get great results, and combined with a decent laminate it has survived on the exterior of the window of my car for 6 weeks now with no fading. Just wondering if the Adhesive is suitable for use on car paint? I can't find any information on the adhesive apart from it being permanent.

I need paper profiles for Universal High Gloss Photo Paper and Universal Gloss Photo Paper. All of the pre-loaded profiles are "ID (Instant Dry)" Is there a difference and if so where can I get the proper profile?
