I recently ordered HP Everyday Matte Polypropylene, 3-in Core - 36"x 200' media and I cannot get it to load in either my HP DesignJet T920 or HP DesignJet Z6. Insert the media until here the ding but it never pulls the paper fro the spool. Just keeps unloading. Cannot figure out what the issue is.

Hi all, I'm having issues with vertical banding on our HP latex 26500 machine. The machine has printed this particular job many times in the past from the same file and from the same RIP. But for some reason the print has started to band. Nothing has changed. I have changed all print heads and even replaced the print head cleaning kit in the hope to get this going. I'm printing on 3M IJ180 wrap material Thank you Chris

Which HP designjet printers will print on vinyl

I upgraded from a DesignJet Z3200 44" to a DesignJet Z6 44". The oms file for the Z3200 44in does not work. Please, where can I download the proper paper preset file?

Hi this is Suresh from TES Packaging Pvt Ltd Hyderabad We are the suppliers of Tyvek... We had a Coating plant in Hyderabad... Coating trails are going on... We did inkjet coating on Tyvek... When we are taking prints on HP DeskJet 5820 printer, the print quality is good but we are not getting water Resistance ... Can any body suggest a solution for water resistance...

I am interested in 2 of your canvases and i would like to have the detailed specifications for both of them including any environmental certificates they might have. The two canvases are HP Artist Matte Canvas and HP Premium Satin Canvas. Please include the materials that the canvases are made of. Thank you in advance.

We have a DesignJet Z2100 and use HP Everyday Gloss Polypropylene (C0F28A) in it. We get great results, and combined with a decent laminate it has survived on the exterior of the window of my car for 6 weeks now with no fading. Just wondering if the Adhesive is suitable for use on car paint? I can't find any information on the adhesive apart from it being permanent.

I have an HP 8000XL that does not have a setting for printing 4 mil double matte film. Is there a way to download into the media catalog the print settings for this material as a media preset ?

Can you print on HP Light Fabric on a HP Latex 115? If not what light fabric material can be printed on the 115 for snap frame graphics?

I'm looking for the paper preset file for our HP DesignJet Z6600 for HP Universal Heavyweight Coated paper. It is not a built-in preset and the paper preset page here at hplfmedia.com does not have it available. Where can I obtain it? Thanks!
